We’re a volunteer run organization of parents, teachers, and community members working together to support our students, staff, and school. From classroom resources to playground upgrades, every project we take on is rooted in one goal: helping our kids thrive. The Coyote Valley Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is more than just a fundraising group. We’re a dedicated team of families, educators, and community members working together to create the best possible school experience for our kids.
In recent years, we’ve taken on projects both big and small:
• We helped fund and coordinate the resurfacing and striping of the blacktop so students have a safe place to play.
• We support classroom enrichment through teacher grants.
• We funded a new digital marquee to get information out about what’s happening at school.
• We’ve hosted fun, inclusive events like Family Movie Night, the Fall Festival, and Jogathon, all designed to build connection and joy in our school community.
Every dollar raised and every hour volunteered goes straight back to supporting the students and staff at Coyote Valley Elementary. We believe that strong schools grow from strong communities, and we’re proud to be part of that growth.

We worked to replace the aging blacktop to create a safer, more durable surface for recess, PE, and school events. This upgrade will reduce tripping hazards and give our students more space to move, play, and thrive.
We added shade trees to the school parking lot to reduce heat, improve air quality, and beautify the space. This project also supports environmental education and creates a more welcoming campus for everyone.
The new digital marquee helps keep families informed with real time updates about school events, schedules, and PTO news. It’s a modern tool to strengthen communication between school and home.
